Processing & Handling

• All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5-7 business days – Calculated at checkout
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 2-3 business days – – Calculated at checkout
• Free Shipping: Available on local Gold Coast orders (postcodes 4214, 4215, 4216)

International Shipping

• Shipping rates vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

• Troppo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered."
